      So, we visited this newly opened mall(newly,i mean almost 2months ago) in Cebu Philippines the Robinson Galleria-Cebu, and just like SM Seaside when we visited a week after the opening its not totally functional but at least they have ATM machines every floor,thou we're kind of disappointed of the messy,dirty windows,no paints staircase,no open restaurant but it was quiet early after they officially open it.But unlike the Robinson-Galleria they officially opened their mall like December 5th,2015 which was 7-8 weeks ago before our today's visit(January 31,2016.
