Parenting!

Ahh Parenting! 

     To become a mother/parent is probably the hardest job in the universe. But the good news is that, you have to feel the unconditional love. When, i was younger I have always been dreaming of becoming a Mother myself. I grew up with the nurturing talent of my step-mom. She was a single 35year old woman, never been married,probably never been touch too. She met my widower father,(Dad was 41yr old &widow). My bio-mom died of breast cancer. (Traitor that illness). So, when my mother died my Dad was left alone with 5kids,eldest was then 13yrs old. Youngest was only 2yrs old. We were living at the countryside with no hope of farming since the land that my father inherited was all rocky, I don't believe that we can have a good-corn farming to do there. So, my father needs to work at the city a construction worker that only comes home once a week(saturday night thru sunday and leave to city again at dawn monday morning.

   To be proceed with my dream becoming a Mom its because,I wanted to be like my Step-mom, the dedication, time, patience,love and nurturing she gave and taught me when I was a kid is unbelievable. She took close eye on all pf us so that we will grow into a better person, a person that we can be proud of outselves when we get older. I have always remember her words to my head, she always reminds me/us we should be afraid of God, we should do our best to be a good loving,better person. I remembered when my sibling and I fought, she told us that we should always keep in mind that whatever happens, if the world will turn upside down, if we find ourselves in the middle of drowning into life, we have nobody to ask help for but each other. Remembering her lessons actually makes me cry. I just cannot believe of where did my Mama Virgie gets all her strenght to raise all 5 of us into a good hearted human being. She accepted us all into her life with no doubt  or questions 'if' that someday when we get older we will just leave her. She did not think about someday, she was thinking of 'today' of how she can be a better mother to us. I even remembered when I was 12yrs old my Dad just recently died of lung cancer, her neighbours told her to just send us to city and work as maid so that she can earn money with our labor. But, she did not listen to them, instead she keeps reminding us to work hard at school so that at 'least' we can graduate high school. Her parents doesn't even approved of her marrying a widower with a package of 5children. She told me a story that my Dad actually considering of giving us away to relatives when he newly got widowed because he cannot take care of us all. But she stops him, she doesn't wants us to get separated because she got scared that, when we grow up and meet each other and we do not know that we were sibling we might accidentally have a relationship with each other(my siblings) there is such a crazy story she told me before, its not far from happening if we it happens that we gets separated we might meet and fall in love with each other because of the mutual-close feeling of being a Family. 

    My Mama Virgie is a live examples of a good mother and I wanted to be just like her.

Now,that I am a mother myself, i am so scared to fail as a mother,I am scared that i might fail to raise my son as a good person.The biggest job on the universe is being a Mother, because whoever your children will become when they grow up is your full responsibilty. Its you Mother whose put to blame. 

   I will do all my might to be like Mama Virgie.

Because though motherhood is the toughest job, it is still very rewarding when you see your beautiful son/children smiles and giggles and those "I love you Mom" words that comes out from their innocent mouth,and seeing those full of love on their eyes when they look at you.
