The Jungle Book Movie

Image
WARNING! Some parts of the article may contains Spoilers .       Exactly a week ago(Monday April 25th,2016) my husband and I visited my family at the country. We came home with my (2)nieces and (1)nephew. We then treated them to watch movie with our 3year old son 'THE JUNGLE BOOK' since we believed it was a Kids movie.        After a while of watching there are some parts the are really scary, by the King Monkey parts where he was chasing Mowgli to do work for him to get the one called 'red flower'. My two nieces ,nephew and son are unbelievably quiet but I can feel my son's chest pumping and jumping on that part of the movie. Also, for some reason there are some parts of the movie that are really, really dark. I mean you can't see anything, it seems that we are watching a movie from a 'cam video'.         (IMDB photo)    Overall, my nieces, nephew and son are having a great time, most especially to my nieces and nephew whose not always on the city area

Voonga Shop-Gaisano Mactan Island Mall

Image
Yesterday, my son and I visited at my Auntie's canteen. Since her canteen is 500meters away from the said mall, i decided to pay a visit and it happens that my sister who was working for my Auntie asked me to buy her a phone, of course she gave me the money a budget for buying the phone. She hand me two-500hundred bills and a (1)one thousand. I have a total of 2,000php bills with me in cash. I decided to shop first for my son and chooses 'Voonga Shop'at lower ground floor, Gaisano Mactan Island Mall, right at the back of Immigration Office.      When we were inside (me&son) i caught with two v-neck shirts and bought two for 200.00php. Plus a cute 'tiger bag' for my son. I billed of 370.00 and I hand her a 500peso bill from my sister's money since thats the easiest cash to get(it was on my short's pocket). The cashier then hand me a change of 130.00 and then asked me if i have any other bill, of course i said yes. I asked her whats wrong with the other

Withdrawing PayPal funds thru BPI-bank account.

Image
So,when i was on vacation somebody broke in the house we rented and stole my bag, wallet(contains my ID's and Bank cards). Including my EON-Unionbank card. Which i used to link my paypal with, EON has no bank deduction every paypal transactions. Except a 350.00php charge annually. So,when my bank cards was stolen, i decided not to renew my EON card since i have to pay a 350php to get a new card and for an annual fee which doesn't make sense and I obviously don't want to waste my 350 pesos by getting an EON. I ended up deciding to get a replacement BPI card instead. The funny thing was that, it was a reported stolen card, but surprisingly i 'need' to pay a 100php for the card? Why BPI? As if its my free will to call that thief to steal my card so that I can ask BPI a new card? Bank in the Philippines is ridiculously funny.      After weighing things on which is which of my cards I should get a new card with, i ended up choosing BPI, since it is no maintaining bal

Single Parenting

Being a single parent is probably the toughest, hardest job and most terrifying one. It is not easy to raise a single child, how much more raising more than one? and also a career woman at the same time. Most especially abroad.      I am no single parent, BUT my Mama Virgie and Mom in law are. Mama Virgie raised a total of six(6)children since she married my widower father on year 1994. We are so poor,we live thru farming and selling whatever we have at the farm. I myself carried a 15/20klgs of corn mill of at least 500meters(I was at least 11-12years old). Before my father died, he was working at the city as a construction worker,so that left Mama Virgie single parent already since my Dad only came home every weekends(Sat-Sunday). We cannot really rely on farming since sometimes,we won't have enough harvest for a selling and or cash from the farm since the farm we are working were Mama Virgie's parents. I have four brothers, when they were teenagers at least the two of my

Few things to do at Anda,Bohol Philippines

Image
A visit to  1. Casica falls(spring)- The water flows.  The pool   It is more accurate to call this spring i supposed, than calling it a falls. Its quite far walk to the main road, at least 2-4klms from Poblacion,Anda. You have to ride tricycle from Anda public market and stop at Anda Cemetery, from there you can walk for at least 1klm uphill to the spring. I trust that it is the water supply to entire Anda people.  2. Caves- a solid 3klms of road walk from Poblacion Anda. You need to jump to be able to swim.  3. Coco loco- they are famous to be the only restaurant who serves Carabao meat. The food is great, though its expensive but it is worth the price you paid, I believe.  (My Boys by the Carabao Skull@Coco loco).  4. Old castle- ah that place, i trust the infrastructure is quite stunning. That's the only place I've been in Philippines with cute castle designs. Food is great a lil pricey. But worth the try. 5. Blue star- Prepare your 1,000.00php for 1person dine-in. 13-inches

Anda, Bohol Philippines

Anda has a peaceful neighbourhood. Long white sand, just right at the back of the public market. Definitely lesser tourist, the white fine sand is just amazing, its almost a clay melt in your hand by the waves of the ocean.      I have visited Alona beach couple times and my last visit was almost 3years ago, definitely more tourist there and more restaurant to browse but its a little crowded compare to Anda. Here is just living among locals, see their boat moving towards ocean for their daily lives of catching fish. Definitely a next place to visit on your list.  In here you can browse the beach all by yourself without those "tourist" boats on the way.  The range of the white fine sand is even longer than Alona beach at Panglao,Bohol.  Walking by the beach with locals is fun.  As in empty this space all the way on the other side.  (Early in the morning,7ish a.m.)  (My son, having a great time by the sand all by himself 3-p.m).     Anda, aside from having a great white long

Top 10 things to do at Camiguin

Image
A visit to:    1. Katibawasan Falls - has an entrance fee of 30/person. A measurement of 75meters long, thin water fall but very refreshing. We visited there with dark clouds and sprinkles of rain, it was really foggy which makes the water even colder. Falls is shallow and gets deeper beyond the rope. Whole Katibawasan Falls picture.         'A fogs at Katibawasan Falls'    2. Tuasan Falls- a measurement of more or less 20meters long. A cooler water which also refreshing after a long drive of under the sun-scooter.   So cool, its surprising to have a fewer tourist around.Nothing to worry, falls is really too shallow to swim, completely safe. Its at the top of the mountain. Almost the same trail going to the famous Hibok-Hibok Mountain. I was chilling while letting the family have a refreshing waterfalls swim.     My boys before going to the water. 3. BeeHive Farm - also a restaurant to where they are famous about their 'stuffed coconut' which made of fresh coconut(buko)

Plan your next travel now! And don't miss out on your list the beautiful Camiguin.      Camiguin island has the measurement of at least 237.95km(area). and has more tourist compare to Siquijor Island  *The highlight of my Camiguin trip*   *KATIBAWASAN FALLS* -> has the measurement of 75meters long.   -> either go there with you, driving your own scooter or ask someone to drive for you.  -> road is a little slippery if its raining.  -> a little hilly but not so bad. -> is it just so beautiful, stunning, spectacular,a breath-taking and water is so cold. The fog just took my breath away. The last time i've seen fog was like 20years ago. The waterfall will got blew away with the strong wind. And fog is all over up high. Its just so beautiful.  A whole water fall picture.     For you to be able to control your day trip around the island you can rent a scooter and drive it yourself. For as low as 400/day, you are the boss. You can do either spent the rest of your days in

Hi, on this article i will discuss about on how/where to get a paypal as your choice of payment or send money.     When i was pregnant and found out that my baby's life is at stake(he was so tiny at 5mons and i needed to get bed rest), i decided to quit my job as an Account Manager/Officer-in-charge of the company i worked for. I am a work type of person, i love to be busy and earn money. But being pregnant with delicate situation is just not possible. So, i started searching for a homebase jobs thru internet to where I can earn money and will not die of boredom.     I found this clixsense.com to where i have also shared on my previous post.
